- The owner rents accommodation facilities in the period: first from 1st May and no later than 1st November of the current year
- The owner allows the stay of a group of families who know each other
- The owner lives in the same house where the accommodation facilities are located
- Check-in and check-out of guests is done by the owner of the objects
- The owner will equip the closets in the accommodation facilities with clothes hangers (minimum 5 pieces / person)
- The owner will equip the bathrooms of the accommodation capacity with hooks for towels and clothes
